A little bit about myself. I’m Gillian Blakes, and my friends call me Gibs. I was always drawn to anything creative- writing, painting, photography and even music composition. Most recently I started creating content for children- picture books! I am very excited to finally share my books with you.  I also love to give advice and share helpful tips, which is why the name of my website is Gibs Gives Tips.

My motto in life is: Imagine.Inspire.Improvise!

Imagine- it what makes life interesting and colourful
Inspire- one of life’s greatest joys is to inspire others and in return be inspired by them too
Improvise- because sometimes you have to think on your feet and become an actor to succeed
